Very good customer service , not from one service assistant but several. They werent pushy, Good advice given, and they listened to our concerns etc. very helpful, good customer service many thanks

Sales guy, Sheraz, had great product knowledge and offered advice. Showed us various options then left us to talk between ourselves for 5-10 minutes.

Very knowledgeable staff who were I am pleased to listen to my needs. They did not pressure the customer very supportive to the needs. Most productive visit and Sam the salesPerson and his assistant at Middlebrook were particularly helpful

We were greeted by Saf not long after we walked in and he asked if we knew what we wanted. We sort of did as we'd been looking online, but he recommended we try the sleepmaster to see if the mattress we were looking at was the one for us. After this he took us to the Therapur 2200 and said that it is the most popular and also one of the ones that the sleepmaster recommended for us. We also tried the 3200 but we went with the 2200 afterall. We were offered the mattress cover which came with a free mattress protector and we took it. We've taken the mattress out on the interest free credit monthly payments. While we were filling out the paperwork we were offered a bottle of water aswell. Saf was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

The guy that sold the mattress to us explained everything on arrival and left us to it. My little girl was running riot and just something as little as giving her a balloon was a nice touch. He then took us on the new machine you have to pick us a type of mattress that suits us. Tried us on a couple of mattresses and then got the sale done nice and quick, which was appreciated due to an impatient daughter!

The overall service was excellent.

We were greeted quickly by Saf and we went on the analysis machine, we were then shown appropriate mattresses and not pushed into buying. It was quick and pain free

We had never bought a new mattress before and had absolutely no idea what we were looking for but we left the shop with a new mattress that we are super happy with and had a great experience
