Easy and simple

The sales assistant Dawn was very helpful with showing us the beds also I went on the measure machine to find the right mattress for me

The lady who served us (Dawn) was really lovely and helped us through our purchase.

I have never experienced the assessment of my requirements before. The 3 minute assessment was easy to follow and was much more beneficial than just lying on various beds in the store.

The products are of high quality and comfortable.

Dawn our sales assistant was very helpful at the Horwich store. She showed us around to all of the mattress that matched our results and was very knowledgeable on them all and was a great help in finding the right mattress for us. Very happy with the service and the product we ended up purchasing, it was an ex display so only had to wait a week for delivery, very impressed all round and would definitely recommend to friends and family.
