Sheraz was very professional, shared his knowledge without over selling.

Saf was really helpful in the Bolton store. He found the perfect mattress for us straight away and managed to get a discount, very helpful

The gentleman who served us was informative but kept his distance and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. He wasn’t too pushy and was very helpful.

Assistant was well informed courteous and efficient without pressing too hard.Mattresses were easy to try out

The staff were all very helpful, in particular Jeff who helped us with our tour and the beds and mattresses information. He was very polite, understanding of our needs and made us feel very welcome and valued as customers.

It was only the second day of the young lady assistant, but was able to have a pleasant and helpful conversation while we waited for her trainer to finish with another customer. Good luck to her in the future.

I was pleased that the salesman listened to my needs and appreciated that I had a budget and did not try to make me spend more than I wanted/could afford.

Sam @ Middlebrook store was very knowledgeable and after using the sleep expert system showed us a number of example which really helped. Very good instore experience, which is why we returned the following day and ordered the bed and mattress.
