Nice welcome by Raf, not overwhelming. Gave us quick service and explained the products really well. Was nice with our kids and got them balloons for being good. Overall very helpful.

Friendly good knowledgable staff with plenty of time to go through things with us.

Sac the salesman was knowledgeable about all products we looked at.

Dawn was super helpful from start to finish. The 3 minute mattress test made it much easier to choose the right mattress.

Nervous when we went in the store but quickly someone came over and made us feel at ease. She helped us every step of the way. I have arthritis disabilities and the assistant was very understanding and was most helpful. It was a pleasant experience only because of her I think as she was very approachable and caring. She wasn't pushy and let us take our time. Her name was Dawn and it was on the Middlebrook retail Park Bolton.

Debra was fantastic from the moment we walked in store she wasn’t pushy and waited until we was ready and treated us with complete respect we felt very comfortable and looked after we will certainly be shopping there again

We were very satisfied with the level of service we got the staff were very pleasant and very helpful to our questions and also very knowledgable about the products we were looking at

Saf (our assistant) was ready on entry to the store. He was Friendly and understanding of our needs & budget. He went above & beyond to find us the perfect frame & matteress and to ensure our needs where met throughout our visit. We needed to transfer funds from savings and had an issue connecting to data. The store manager Martin was on hand to provide mobile tethering which allowed us to transfer the funds for our purchase. No pressure stalling, very knowledgeable, top class customer service. We will definitely be back again and 100% recommend to family & friends. Thank you Saf & Martin
