Dreams - Middlebrook

I purchased a bed some months ago. The mattress is very good so I have bough a similar one for my other bedroom. The service was excellent on both occasions l.

Anne the sales rep we met at the store in Middlebrook, Bolton, was friendly and very secure in her knowledge of the mattress we required, she used the dreams virtual bed with expertise and was excellent in offering us a good choice of comfort without rushing us and we felt extremely confident in the choice guided by her.

As we walked in sales person offered assistance as to which mattress we were looking for. Very helpful in advice about the product and it’s suitability for purpose, child’s first single mattress.

The assistance we received from Dawn at the Horwich store was exceptional, she short listed the products in store based on our needs and provided quotes on all products which we could compare very quickly. Our needs were understood and as a young couple with very busy lifestyles the service provided was efficient.

We wandered around at first and then the sales assistant, Dawn, came to help. We experienced the mattress finder and after the results came through Dawn took us around the different ones that were suitable for our needs. We were not rushed and everything was explained as we tried each one in turn. Drinks ( water) were offered and gratefully accepted.

We were helped by Taylor who was very pleasant and approachable, she made us feel instantly at ease and gave great advice after listening to what we needed. Her lovely manner meant we didn’t feel pressured, which is often a worry when visiting showrooms, this meant we could take our time in choosing our bed. A great service and experience thank you!

The assistant Debra was very helpful she as very pleasant and didn’t put us under pressure. But gave us the best advice. We will definitely be back in the future for any Requirements.

COVID secure. Great customer service. I had visited the day before I made the order and Saf remembered me on my return. Great for the customer experience. He remembered exactly what I had looked at the day before. I bought a guest bed and he actually pulled it out for me in the process having to move another display model.
