Sam the guy who helped us was superb. Really good customer service, great knowledge and very professional.

The lady that helped us knew all about the different types of pillows and gave recommendations based on what we had told her. The staff are very friendly and made the whole experience comfortable whilst having a laugh and being professional.

Great customer service and so quick at ordering our mattress and setting a delivery date. Found no faults at all with my experience

I arrived at your Middlebrook Store in Horwich, Bolton at 9.40 am on Wednesday 21 st July, 2021 I asked a member of your staff who was at the entrance door if the Store was open he said it opened from 10.00 am but immediately welcomed me in which I felt was outstanding customer service, I am pretty certain that most other organisations would have asked that I wait for twenty minutes. I was attended to by Dawn who was extremely professional, helpful and had a friendly disposition in helping me purchase a new mattress. Based on this experience I will certainly recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

Very large selection to choose from at different prices. Very helpful staff. Technology to measure your needs was excellent.

We were assisted, having no idea what we wanted or needed (other than wanting to replace a 20 year old mattress and pillow set), by Dawn and Taylor. Both ladies at the Bolton, Middlebrook store were exceedingly polite, helpful and patient with their explanation to two utter novices to the world of good sleep. Plus we got a cuppa! Advice was received and a purchase was made in a timely manner, with the delay mainly being from our side! Thanks Dawn and Taylor!!!
