Debra was very helpful during our visit, in no way pushy just really informative, suggesting the sleepmatch to help with our search and then talking us through all the options and not just the expensive ones, Debra was patient and left us to our decisions and was a pleasure to deal with during our visit, made what you dread as a potential 'sales' pitch when your approached to a informative and pleasant experience!

Taylor at the Bolton store who was my sales assistant was pleasant and courteous giving me guidance but not overbearing. I returned to Dreams after looking at other stores as it was the best value and quality and the sales assistant was informative and clear, unlike the other stores.

The assistant Dawn at the Bolton store was very helpful and friendly and made it easy to et the mattress we had already picked before going to the store she let us try it and we took it home with us brill service

Sam who dealt with our sale was fantastic, ha talked us through all of our options and was very professional. We were very impressed with the service

We were very satisfied and happy with the service we received from the staff at Dreams. They were very accommodating during our visit offering very insightful and helpful information regarding your products and gave us good advice. The two staff in there were very helpful and engaging and when Sam was dealing with us he provided an excellent service. We were asked if we needed refreshments and were offered the opportunity to try out the mattresses but we did not require them that day. In whole all the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and offered an excellent service. We will be coming again when we require another product!
