Dreams - Middlebrook

Anne at the Middlebrook Retail Park was very helpful in finding the correct product for us. We were put on the mattress machine to see which was the correct mattress was for us. We then went round the shop to test the mattress that was selected for us. Anne listened to what we wanted in a base and mattress and managed to select the correct product for us. Very happy with the service.

Me and my partner were greeted by Dawn at the middle brooke office and she was very pleasant and super helpful and she had was very happy to help. She explained everything in detail and had a laugh with us putting us at ease. She sat us down and made us a drink which was a nice touch. Thankyou again for a lovely experience

Whole experience perfect. The assistant Debra, was very informative and friendly. Debra gave great advice and was patient and very accommodating.

Debra in the Bolton store was very helpful, leaving us to try out various mattresses and giving us plenty of time to decide. We felt that nothing was too much trouble. We only called in to have a look on our way to Bensons for Beds.

Given a good choice of different price ranges to choose from based on what I wanted. Shown plenty of bases to what suited me.

i love space, so the thought of having a mattress that an astronaut sleeps on gave me chills, Anne who helped us gave us the true feeling of what it would feel to work for nasa, Jeff bezzo should of just gone to dreams really shouldnt he let me know when you have astronaut bed sheets ill have 2

After making the mistake of buying our last mattress online and being very disappointed, we decided to go into a store this time. To say we were overwhelmed on entering the dreams store will the amount of beds and mattresses is an understatement,not having a clue where to start we were greeted by a very smart, smiling young gentleman asking if he could be of assistance, we explained we had no idea where to start, explained our previous mistakes buying mattresses and concerns of not getting the right one again. We were soon put at ease as Sam who assisted us was so helpful he genuinely seemed like he wanted to understand and help us obtain the right mattress for us, he took time out to ask and listen to us asking about aches and pains. Sam asked us to undergo the dreams sleep match, explaining fully beforehand. It was very obvious that Sam knew what he was talking about, he answered every question we had, nothing was to much trouble we never felt rushed. It was a totally pleasurable shopping experience. I would recommend Dreams and especially I would recommend to ask for Sam it is very rare these days to get service like he provided.

As soon as walked into the store, Saf was over almost immediately with a warm welcome willing to help! He listened to all our needs and wants and sorted us out with the exact bed, mattress and pillows we were looking for! Saf wasn't pushy or trying to sell us anything we didn't want! He was incredibly helpful and friendly and it made the shopping experience so much better.
