Great customer service Sam and Debra could not do enough for us when visiting the store. explained everything in detail and was very professional

We where helped by Sam as well as a woman who's name I cant recall, both where incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole experience totally stress free

We had an amazing sales lady (Debra) understood our needs, didn't pressure us into a decision, made us feel very comfortable, looked after us, offered us drinks, overall a lovely experience buying our first bed.

Staff (Martin & Sam) were very attentive and friendly. Were were made to feel very comfortable and looked after. Used the machine to find our ideal mattress. As a former retail store manager, I recognise how well they did they job: through customer service, product knowledge, and making sure the consumer journey was a happy one. Wholly recommend a visit to this store to others

The assistant knew her stuff. She took the time to find out what we wanted, wasn't at all pushy and made an excellent recommendation. Considering there are a large number of your competitors on the same retail park and we didn't bother even going to them says a lot for your sales person.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store in a friendly manner by Dawn (Bolton store at the Macron Stadium). Dawn was so helpful and assisted us in finding exactly the right mattress we were looking for to suit our needs. The technology used was amazing! A thoroughly speedy trip to buy what I thought would have taken us all day! Such friendly and helpful service, I cannot fault it. Will definitely shop at Dreams again.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I'd like to mention Dawn who served us at the Middlebrook branch. She and the others couldn't do enough for us with frequent offers of a hot drink. We had a good laugh but at the same time they were very professional and knew what they were talking about.

We knew which beds we wanted to look at and Debbie took us straight to them. She was then able to put us on sleep match and find us our perfect mattress
