taylor your representative was exceptional in all respects and whilst we had every intention of visiting other companies we decided not to after our experience. We were greeted at the door but at no time ever felt pressured. We were not fed any cheesy sales patter. We were told about the new service which tells you what bed you should be directed to which was excellent. The gentleman that offered this service was helpful & not pushy.

We were greeted at the door then left alone to shop until we requested help. I much prefer that, we were hounded at a previous store which stopped me buying off them. The staff at middlebrook were a pleasure to deal with

I found the atmosphere very friendly and calm at the Middlebrook store as soon as I entered. The staff were attentive and welcoming. It was easy to see that the staff were happy in their jobs.
