Dreams - Middlebrook

We were greeted at the door but at no time ever felt pressured. We were not fed any cheesy sales patter. We were told about the new service which tells you what bed you should be directed to which was excellent. The gentleman that offered this service was helpful & not pushy.

taylor your representative was exceptional in all respects and whilst we had every intention of visiting other companies we decided not to after our experience. The store Manager was extremely attentive. He greeted us immediately and was genuinely excited to serve us.

I found the atmosphere very friendly and calm at the Middlebrook store as soon as I entered. The staff were attentive and welcoming. It was easy to see that the staff were happy in their jobs.

Taylor was very helpful. Made us very welcome and able to Browse the store at ease. We would probably walked away with the minefield of types of mattresses but she guided us round. We are now experts in mattresses. Thank you Taylor

Almost as soon as we entered the store, one of the sales team came over to speak to us. She was really friendly and explained how to help us find the best bed. We were purchasing a new double bed for my teenage daughter, and she was made to feel like a million dollars! We were very impressed that much of the sales pitch, centred around my daughter - in terms of the kind of bed she wanted and the comfort and mattress she preferred. The sales assistant was also very open and honest with us about the best discounts in the shop and which mattress and beds made best sense to buy because of the deals. We experienced the mattress simulator, we were offered free drinks, we were given an extra little bit of discount and all of the staff were friendly, making the whole experience completely pleasant! We did purchase a bed and the delivery time was also excellent. Overall, we have nothing whatsoever to complain about. The next bad we need, we will definitely return!
