Taylor who served us was extremely helpful and approachable. She gave us the advice we needed to buy the mattress we required.

We went into Dreams feeling overwhelmed at where to start. Debbie immediately met us at the door and asked if she could help. I said we were just browsing and she offered us the sleep match test, taking us straight over. It was great, and Debbie took so much time at the end of the working day to then show us to mattresses in our budget and in line with sleepmatch. She gave us all the information we needed and stayed late after the store had closed to process our order there and then, just brilliant!

My husband is an amputee so we are limited with the overall height of bed, the assistant was really nice measured any bed we asked him to also advised on mattresses, not pushy but there when we needed him.

The women who helped me was lovely, helpful and full of knowledge.

Debra helped from start to finish she was so friendly and made the shopping experience a lot easier for us she is an absolute asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Dreams and I will only ever use Dreams again in the future. Debra your a star thank you

Debra at Bolton was very helpful in helping us choose the right bed and mattress for our son. My husband and I found the store very clean and staff very helpful and friendly.There was no pressure selling and we felt very comfortable.Debrahad very good knowledge of what we needed and we would definitely recommend dreams to all our friends and family. A pleasure from start to finish was greeted by a very friendly member of staff on arrival I was unsure of exactly what I wanted tried the dream machine and was matched to my mattress I really wanted a relyon mattress and very pleased to say you now stock them and I was able to try out several of them not rushed not hassled free to take my time demonstration given of how the bed worked I chose an ottoman also a new headboard and pillow. I did comment to Anne the member of staff at the middlebrook store in Bolton that I was dreading the experience but found I really enjoyed it thanks to her and her approach. I would thoroughly recommend this store and staff who work there it was a great experience plenty of opportunity to browse and try products. I do not feel that staff are often appreciated by consumers and are all to quick to complain but I feel its very important to appreciate those that help you we should all be more appreciative and kind to each other so I say a heartfelt thanks

Anne was very friendly, not pushy and was able to meet our requirements that we wanted with the bed. She talked us through the whole process and answered any questions we asked, due to our circumstances she assured us that we were still able to place the order and make adjustments if required. Overall a very good experience for the first time visiting the store.

Ann the saleswoman was fantastic and knowledgeable, spent a lot of time with us discussing options and was very friendly and approachable and answered every question we had.
