The staff Martin and Taylor at dreams middlebrook were absolutley amazing, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, had a smile and understood our needs completely, really fantastic cant thank them enough, we had our 5 year son with us whilst choosing a bed and they ensured he was part of the experience and he was fully entertained while we made our decisions.

Debra in the Bolton store is fantastic. Her knowledge of the products is great and she was very helpful talking us through each mattress we liked and explaining the differences.

Very helpful staff, we were assisted by Dawn who was fantastic at helping us choose the perfect mattress. Her information and knowledge of the products was very good and she made the process a nice experience. We felt very safe and the store was clean with COVID-19 measures put in place. Quick ordering process, very happy with my recent visit.

The staff member in the Horwich store Taylor was really helpful she approached us straight away which was great as we didn’t know where to start with mattress shopping as this was our first time buying a mattress. She had good knowledge on the products and also set us up to use the sleep match machine which aided us in picking the perfect mattress! She was really friendly and easy to talk to and she definitely played a big part in us purchasing the mattress from dreams and not elsewhere.

I was asked if I need assistance as soon as I arrived. I browsed and was able to get assistance promptly when I wanted it. Dawn was friendly abd knowledgeable.
