Dreams - Middlebrook

Dawn, our assistant introduced us to the machine which is able to work out the best bed/s for the buyers when they lie on the bed provided. This was something new and quite exciting. The 3 beds the machine chose were a variety of prices. The first comfortable and most expensive, the second just as comfortable and in the sale so £100.00 reduction, the third much cheaper but felt too soft. Dawn was a good hep, she wasn’t pushy and gave us time to decide on our choice which was the second.

Dawn was a massive help and very attentive. She explained the products I was interested in and nothing was too much trouble for her.

The sales assistant Sam at Bolton Middlebrook was really great, very knowledgeable and listened well and guided us to make a decision. Which is useful as lots of choice and very different. Going we made the right choice.

Plenty of choice and prices

Our intention was to visit all the bed places on middlebrook. From when we went in we were not jumped on, we had time to browse, then informative guidance for our needs. We were shown all around, did the 3 minute assessment and shown beds suited to our needs... at no time did we feel pressured, the sales lady Debbie was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and informative for our needs. We were offered drinks, twice, given options to try different beds. We had been to Furniture land next door with no assistance whatsoever..then planned on going to Bensons..but we found our dream Bed so didn't feel the need to go anywhere else. Debbie was really lovely and gave us a good discount as we bought a full package of goods. We have recommended Dreams an Debbie to our friend Meray who is also after a new bed.. we were very impressed with the service given...thank you xx
