I needed help selecting a new mattress and Sam was brilliant. Listened to my needs and budget. Gave excellent advice and was very patient and most helpful.

Absolutely amazing from the moment I walked into the Middlebrook store. Debra was friendly and informative, she took a lot of time to explain the different mattress options to me. As a cancer survivor my main priority was finding a non toxic, chemical free matress that was made from natural materials. We opted for the Flaxby Nature's finest matress made from Egyptian cotton and Yorkshire wool. The Manager Martin was also fantastic he gave me a brilliant deal and added some complimentary extra bedding which they also sourced from natural materials. Nothing was too much trouble. Those two members of staff are a credit to the company and I can't thank them enough for being so understanding and helpful.

I was so pleased with the service, friendliness and just how Anne went above and beyond to help me. She was so friendly and made the whole experience great. I was only buying a mattress yet was treated so valued like I was spending thousands. Very attentive and just all round fab service.

I was given assistance as I walked. Lady called Dawn explained me how they check what sort of mattress is suitable for individual which I was not aware of until then. Dawn was extremely helpful and polite through out the I walked in until I left the store. I felt fully satisfied and confident of the choice I made for the mattress.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not feel mithered like you do in a lot of furniture stores. Also didn't feel pushed into purchasing above our budget. One staff member, I think he was called Sam, stood out with his friendliness, knowledge and patience with us as it took us quite a while to decide on our purchase.
