Anne the colleague at the Bolton Branch was extremely knowledgeable and understood our requirements. We had browsed online before coming in and had a good idea of what we wanted. We wanted quality frame and mattress but on a budget. Anne never once made us feel this was not achievable or tried to sell us things on the more pricier end. She showed us a few frame options that she thought would suit our needs and we tried the sleep matcher to find the best mattress for us. After choosing a mattress that was super comfortable but a little be more than what we wanted to pay, Anne offered to check in the warehouse for the same mattress but ex display that had been spruced up and cleaned for HALF the price. Really great experience. Excellent customer service and patience of a saint as we had 2 young children with us enjoying trying EVERY bed too!! Highly recommend!!

Anne who helped me in Middlebrook was excellent. She was patient knowledgeable and friendly. Also a very good saleswoman. I only wanted 1 mattress but i bought a bed pillow and expensive mattress! Please thank her for me.

Friendly helpful staff

The lady taylor who served me was professional and supper helpful. But not only just that provide a friendly and very informative service which allow me to get the best possible matteress. She did a great job and i am very glad i went to the store in middlebrook. She aslo went in my opionon above and behond to get me the best deal possible. This was by far one of the most friendly and the best services i have had in a very long time. She did that good of a job that i feel like if i ever had any problems or questions then i could just go right back there, and in the future i will be doing. And i am very happy with my purchase and with the service that was given to me so thank you. And a big thank you to the wonderful Taylor for all the help.
