Excellent service and great range of products. Salesperson Adam went above and beyond to help in every way possible, he explained and showed us the difference between products and was very informative and understanding to our needs. Very friendly and professional

Taylor was incredibly lovely and helpful, we came in to browse desperate to buy a new one with a fairly tight budget, we used the sleep match machine and was shown mattresses that would be suitable, we found the most comfortable one ever imaginable, Taylor was very helpful and I can’t wait for it to arrive and have the best nights sleep ever!

I was greeted as I entered the store by Saf who saw to what I needed. He was helpful, informative and patient

We had a lovely lady called Anne, she showed us the machine then helped us look at the recommendations. After listening to us she gave us different pillows that would suit each of us better then suggested a cool pillow later on after hearing more about us. She was very friendly, welcoming and funny! We were in a bit of a rush and she made sure we were out on time with new pillows and everything we needed for our delivery. Who knew spending so much money could be a nice experience?

Myself and My Wife went into your store in Horwich Middlebrook on Sunday 24th October to look for a new bed . we had not actually decided to buy. The Lady who we saw was very good . She let us be assessed for our needs by the Sleep System ? and then took us around the beds suitable for our needs. I cannot compliment this lady enough , very kind, knowledgeable,understanding and very professional. we chose a bed and mattress without being rushed or harassed. She allowed me the time to think and when we did decide the transaction was very easy. plenty of options to pay although delivery was a bit longer than i would have liked. We were offered refreshments and made to feel special. Her first name ,i think ,was Taylor and she is an asset to your company. not got the bed yet so cannot comment on the sleep zzzz Overall a very good experience to go into an actual store and be very satisfied..
