Dreams - Middlebrook

I was highly satisfied with my experience for a number of reasons. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Any questions I had were answered well. The machine used to determine mattress types suited to each individual was very interesting and unique. The entire process was both enjoyable and concise. I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends.

It was because of the lady who helped me. I can buy a mattress anywhere, but she was extremely knowledgeable and was able to give me a number of options to meet my budget. I felt that she tried to help find me something in my price range, and it wasnt like because I wasn't spending a couple of thousand pounds, she then became uninterested.

The service I received was second to none, very relaxed and informative with no hard sell tactics or pushy staff. The staff member I dealt with was very friendly, worked very hard to assess our needs which ultimately led to us leaving store with more items than we originally went in to purchase.

Sales person Eunice at middlebrook was so nice, pleasant and smiley couldn’t do enough to help me . She told she had only been there 2-3 months but it was like she had been there forever. Very knowledgeable and so helpful. Would certainly go back there

The staff at the Bolton store were very helpful. We received exceptional personalised service from Martin and Debbie, both were very professional and not pushy whilst we were browsing, we were asked if we would like a refreshment drink, this was a nice touch. Debbie recommended that we tried the sleep match machine to get the correct mattress, this was very helpful as I suffer from back pain. We also took advice from her regarding new pillows, we chose the Tempur firm pillow for side sleepers. I would highly recommend the Bolton store for any further purchases

The salesperson was very attentive and went out of her way to accommodate me. She even sought help from a colleague to ensure she had checked every offer available as my budget was tight and she wanted me to have good choice and value for money

I was off peak. But service was good. Listened to my needs abs guided accordingly. Sam at Middlebrook store Bolton - listened, guided but didn’t HARD sell to me. V good!!
