Your assistant Debra was excellent. We had returned to the store because of a previous excellent experience when we were also served by Debra. On both occasions other members of staff also were friendly. Debra helped us by giving us information on the various options available.

Store assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. He genuinely wanted to help me and the whole shopping experience was very positive

The cleanliness was exceptional and I witnessed staff cleaning the mattresses. I was assisted with a very experienced young lady who was very professional and took her time to explain everything without rushing my decision
