Very satisfying visit

On entry, I ALWAYS want help and advice. Being, as far as I am concerned, An intelligent person, I like to see how the sales staff react. SAM WAS BRILLIANT, he could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful.

Used the simulator system to see which mattress was most suitable and staff very attentive to our needs of what system recommended. We felt very comfortable with the staff who had a lot of knowledge about the Tempur mattress which we purchased.

We were not hassled by assistants but when we were ready for help assistance was immediately on hand. Gemma was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient. WE would definatelyrecommends dreams over all other bed shops in the area.

We were looking for a mattress & were looking for Hypnos after recommendation from family. The assistant approached us & asked if we’d lik3 to do the assessment of needs. We did & fell in love with the first bed suggested, it was amazing & we wouldn’t have tried it given the cost. We were happy to take the 3 year interest free option to make the purchase more affordable.

Pete who served me was polite knowledgable and patient

The gentleman that served us was incredible, he showed us the options of mattress that best suited us after using the sleepmatch device, he was very attentive to our requirements and kept me topped up on drinks throughout. He had an impressive knowledge of the products which really helped us decide what was best for us, whilst also discussing the pros and cons of each item. Over all he is an asset to the company, I couldn't have dreamt (pun intended) of a better experience!

Staff was brilliant as my wife has chronic back pain and staff catered for her needs

I am highly satisfied with the quality of the products. The staff were very sympathetic to my needs and went out of their way to show me the products. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Staff were helpful, but not pushy. We had an idea of the products we were after and when ready a member of staff fulfilled our requirements. He answered our questions precisely and advised on the products we selected
