Dawn at the middlebrook Bolton store was a credit to the company very welcoming and helpful and fulfilled all our needs .

A young man called Pete served MY wife and,extremely polite and curtious, gave us plenty of time to select our product and gave valuable insight into the item we were purchasing..to the extent we bought 2 extra pillows...was well knowledgeable for one so young but would recommend him Every time I

Gemma was Lovely. Very knowledgeable on the products, wasn’t pushy at all, gave us options right for our budget and spent time helping us to make the right choices.

Dawn was brilliant very thorough and felt very happy dealing with her

Our shopping experience was quick and efficient. Saf, who helped us asked the right questions and was very professional. He offered us refreshments while he completed the order and sold us the add-ons which will save us having to do any further shopping. It was a quick and easy process for us to get the bed we wanted. Thanks

we saw a lovely man Saf at the Middlebrook store. he showed us the machine to identify the best bed & we were assessed. He then showed us the beds at the top of the list. The best one was really expensive but he showed us others that were cheaper. He didn't rush us & answered all our questions with a high level of knowledge. There was no high pitch selling just a nice chat with an amenable gentleman. We left having bought a lot of things, yes it cost a lot, but as we had had our old bed for over 18 years & it was second hand when we got it we probably deserve a bit of luxury. I have used Dreams before when buying a bed for my son so we chose to go back for our bed.

Sam the sales advisor was highly professional listened to what I needed and advised me to try the dream machine in store I would highly recommend this young man to all of my friends and family

When me and my wife 1st entered we was not jumped on straight away. They let us have a look around before speaking to us. When the guy did hes asked us what options you did and which beds we preferred before showing us the range. This helped as we wasn't aimlessly walking around the store clueless. He never once pushed us in to buying things we didn't need and showed us loads of different options. This is one of the main reasons we bought of dreams

Gemma was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the beds an matresses..spent time going through each product and offered a call back for me on Monday with another query regarding additional baskets for the bed. The only down side was the time scale for delivery.

Dawn and eve were excellent from start to finish
