Deb was amazing when we was in store. She placed no pressure to buy anything (which the reason I usually shop online) and the service was great. We was given drinks and used the fancy sleep analysing tool which helped pick out the perfect mattress. Sadly we thought there was NHS discount which would have been great, but you win some you lose some.

Your assistant Debra was very helpful indeed nothing too much trouble a credit to your business.

On entering this store, I was approached by the assistant (debra). I explained what I needed, and she immediately knew what I had in mind and took me to the bed that was within my price range. All the prices were clearly displayed on each item. I was offered a pillow to test out the comfort of the bed. When I'd made my decision on which bed I'd chosen, I was offered a seat and a cup of coffee. The store was very clean, and plenty of staff helping other customers. Overall I was very happy with the friendly service I received.
