Sheraz was friendly, patient and extremely accommodating. He was not pushy with any sales tactics, and approached us with a friendly manner. I knew what I was looking for because I had seen it online, but he was able to advise.

He gave us plenty of options on the base and discussed future orders with us as we will be ordering 2 more beds in a few weeks. He explained finance was available if required.
