i was highly satisfied because of Saf who served us was so friendly and explained all about the different mattresses/beds etc, Im pretty sure we would of gone to Bensons for beds just over the road for a price off them at least if it wasn't for him to tell you the truth!

Polite and knowledgeable. Offered drinks and was easy to talk to.

Sam was great, understood our budget and needs and helped us choose the right mattress, and worked hard to get it as close to our budget as possible. The mattress machine was also very cool!

We return each time because the whole experience is unobtrusive , courteous , slick we get what we want and the staff are exceptional.

Pete was extremely knowledgeable about the different products and took time to listen to what we were looking for. He was not pushy in the slightest. An extremely good member of staff.

Gemma is an asset to the dreams store in middlebrook. She has such a lovely, warming personality and doesn’t rush you. She understands your needs and is interested in what you are really after. I would come back to this store purely based on the customer experience that Gemma gave us.
