didnt know what type of mattress we was looking for untill dawn explained it to us she took us to the dream machine and explianed how it work and which type of mattress to get very helpfull

The service and knowledge of the sales assistant was excellent. We were offered a drink and he was very helpful

We buy from people we like and the salesperson Pete was excellent in his manner, knowledge and sales pitch.

Dawn was very helpful but not pushy. Having the system to suggest the right mattress was very helpful.

We had a lovely lady named Gemma greet us and listened and offered great advice on choosing the right matteress etc she couldn’t do anything more for us a great member of your team

The sales assistant was outstanding and took the time to ensure we made an informed choice and not just the most expensive one. It was a pleasure dealing with Dawn and she really did do a fantastic job for us

The service and attention given to us by Simon was second to none he gave us the information we required but was not pushy or “in your face” After my husband enquired about discount due to the amount we were spending he approached the manager and was able to secure this he was friendly but professional

The Shop assistant Gemma was excellant in every way explaining all about the beds and mattresses no question was too much for her and she could answer every one. She had really good knowledge of all aspects of her job. Her patience put us at ease . The bed simulater was also a good help. Which helped us to make our choice.

The whole sales team were very friendly welcomed our dog and gave him some water .Sam our sales advisor made us welcome and was very attentive ,knowledgable in respect of beds and mattress . Sam made us drinks we were able to try out pillows and mattress and at the opportunity to utilise the sleep match .
