The member of staff that helped us in the store was extremely friendly we was offered drinks and other stuff during our visit.

Service was superb

I went in store knowing I wanted a new pillow as I really want to invest in myself this year and my current pillow has been given me neck pain and disturbing my sleep. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted so didn’t care to much for browsing so I was glad Saf came start over to offer his knowledge and assistance. I told him I sleep on the side and he asked me how firm I liked my pillow and he knew exactly what I wanted but still let me try out a few others just so I was sure. It was a quick happy transaction with lots of smiles.

We were seen to be Gemma in the Middlebrook Bolton store and she was fantastic. Excellent product knowledge and I didn't feel pushed in to a sale. My partner and I walked in to your store with no intention of purchasing anything however we left with a purchase over £1000. This was down to ger attention to detail and personal approach
