Sam was very helpful and friendly and even found us a great deal

We managed to get a really nice bedroom furniture set and Sam went out of his way to help us get everything we need

We visited the Horwich store & we were greeted by Dawn who was friendly, professional & knowledgeable without putting any pressure on us.

My visit to dreams Middlebrook with assistance from a lady called dawn. She was really helpfull and warm. However the store and choice of purchase was second to none.i will for sure be telling all my friends and family to go check your store out for comfort,availability,prices and delivery which is really stress free to shop and purchase. I have to say that myself suffers anxiety and stress level problem. Where at your store i did not experience any stress or anxiety attack,which was not just a good thing for myself but my partner to. We both left store with a smile and felt good and calm. Thankyou.

We had Sam Bond take care of us, he was fantastic and I dont say that lightly. He remembered our names, knew everything we asked about the products, has a lovely demeanor and nice way about him, he spent a long time with us and seemed to enjoy it which helped. We had some nice drinks, used the analysis machine which was good and were generally impressed.

Saf was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products which made choosing the right bed for us easy and a quick hassle free process.

We told the Dreams colleague what we wanted, and he showed us three very good options. He also explained that if we saw a different mattress or head board it wouldn’t be a problem to put them together in one package for us.

Peter the salew assistant was very helpful and friendly and I was most impressed with the way he didn't just try to push the most expensive item on us, he told us about every option open to us and explained the difference in each product.
