Sam was very helpful, answered all our questions with lots of information. Sam showed us all our options in terms of the different mattresses available. Sam offered us drinks while we were trying to make a decision and at no point made us feel under pressure. Sam brought pillows to each of the mattresses we tried. He was very friendly and I will definately return in the future.

The sales assistant in store was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of the products we needed and which ones were best for us.

We were shown a range of products to suit our requirements without the sales team being too pushy. We were made welcome by the cheery disposition of the staff and were given as much time as necessary to reach our decision.

Sheraz at the middlebrook store was very helpful, offered us refreshments and showed us the mattress match machine. From the results of that he showed us which mattress would be best.

Whilst browsing the store we were ask for assistance and firstly refused but was not harassed which is what is very annoying sometimes. Gemma was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly asking questions that seemed genuine not like a robot. I very pleasent experience.
