The Dreams Assistant "Sam" at Middlebrook Store was an absolute Dream to do Business with. We were warmly greeted and he was engaging and intteredsted with our requirements. We were offered pillows to take around the Store to try out all the Beds we needed/wanted too. We were offered the use of the "Sleepmatch" service which was fully explained by Sam and we did use it, to cross check we were looking at the right type of Mattress for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Sam at every point of the process. We had no hesitaion in making the substantial purchase and were offered coffee while the order/transaction was completed. I have worked in Retail Management for over 35 years and know the value of an exceptional team of Advisors. Sam is a credit to the Store and your company. I would also like to reference the Store Manager who we also had conatct with during the Transaction, he too was enagaing and very helpful.
