We were guided through the process by Dawn at your Bolton showroom. She listened to our needs and explained the options for us after giving us the experience of the dream machine. She then showed us the options best for us as we wanted a zipped matress as we had one before and was happy with it specialy as we have little room to manoover the stairs. She then took us to place the order and took us through it explaining things in a clear maner easy to understand.

We had a great experience selecting the bed and bed frames and the staff were lovely and helpful.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. Eunice showed us many different beds and mattresses. She also gave discounted pillows and mattress protector.

Debbie that served us was very helpful and had lots of good knowledge on the products shown to us.

I belive the young lady Taylor was a beautiful example of what customer needs should be , she listened and then took into account just what we needed ❤ and her manager was very helpful aswell We are very satisfied

Dawn the sale assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. Dawn to the time to explain every aspects of the item. I was left to make my own decision.

Store set out well and allowed to look at products with offers of assistance but not overbearing

Listened to what we wanted also our price range, then found us mattress to try, wasn’t pushy, very polite and made us feel comfortable in trying the materess before buying.
