The lady who assisted us was amazing, very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and answered all our questions - companies need more staff like her.

Although the shop assistant was helpful he was not over bearing like the staff member was in the shop we first went in a few doors down. I was interested in a bed at the first shop but the salesman put me off he was following me around constantly I ended up leaving as I didn’t feel comfortable trying out the beds as he was hovering too much. Perfect service from your store.
