Welcomed on arrival by Gemma, who explained about the hand hygiene and pillow protection. Gemma listened to our needs and showed us a variety of options. I could tell Gemma was slightly nervous as it was her first day back in the shop, but she did a great job. We also visited various other bed shops on the retail park, but came to Gemma at dreams as this was the shop we felt safest in and the customer service was far the best. Happy with a purchases and hope the delivery goes as well. Thanks
