Sam was very helpful, listened to exactly what we were looking for and helped us to choose the right items. Every step of the process he explained everything and took his time even more so when I explained that I am partial deaf and that my daughter would have to tell me what he said. He took this on board spoke clearly and made sure that I heard him a big thank you for this. Very good customer service all around from when we walked in to the store to when we left.
