We were assisted by Dawn who was knowledgeable but without being pushy. She was there to answer questions but also gave us time on our own. We were choosing a mattress for my Daughter who has autism and is very aware of the risks of Covid 19. Dawn gave her a pillow in a cover that she could use to try on the beds and made her straight away feel at ease to try out the mattresses.
