I entered the store and decided on a wooden bed which was on offer. I was asked if I wanted help by Samuel. I explained I was looking for a bed and two sofa beds and indicated I would like a firm mattress. He showed me a variety of mattresses and the one I chose was the Therapur ActiGel Response 1600 D. Samuel then showed me some pillows and I chose Tempur Comfort Cooltouch Pillow (firm). He demonstrated the Dublin 3 Seat Sofa Bed - Smoke and I chose two along with a quilt etc. Samuel was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in assisting me in the choosing of goods and in arranging finance
