The sales assistant save us a lot of time trying all the different mattresses by introducing us to the program that shows the best mattresses for you.

Saf who helped us was really good, relaxed and know his stuff about the product. Also really enjoyed the new way to find out which mattress was right for us (the mattress with a video screen that scanned us). Can't wait to try it!

We were dealt with by Taylor in the Bolton Dreams store. She was very friendly and helpful and showed excellent knowledge of the different mattresses that she showed us. She was extremely patient and allowed us to take the time that we needed to try out the mattresses a number of times in order to find the ideal one for us. The ordering process was quick and simple and we were impressed by the level of customer service.

We went to the store to just generally look we was greet by sam who was full of knowledge and was very friendly . The following weekend we went back to make a purchase after sam help however he wasn't in and was greeted by a lovely young lady who helped us and placed our order . We was shocked qnd very happy with the service and price of the product . We will be returning again

We were left for a few minutes to browse, no jumping on you as soon as you walked in store! The lady was Debbie at Middlebrook, and was so helpful and understood our budget, no pressure selling, listened to all our needs and was so easy to talk to, very happy indeed…. ,

I went into the store to look for a Sleepmotion bed wanting the best advice. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and in my opinion, suggested the best bed for my needs.

This was a new tech bed and although not knowing some things in getting it working the assistant was so helpful and persisted and eventually things were sorted she was so patient

We was looked after straight away with friendly staff full of knowledge of which beds and mattresses we wanted to buy! So we walked away purchasing our items in the price bracket we wanted! 👍

The sales lady was polite friendly and knowledgable. The item we purchased is what we were looking for.
