The whole process was easy and efficient. The new technology was very impressive..we enjoyed the 'diagnostic' bed. Dawn, who helped us, was very professional, friendly and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate to use the store again.

Gemma at the Bolton store helped us choose the right mattress for us. She shown us the sleepmatch technology which is amazing as we wasn’t really sure which type of mattress we needed, Gemma was lovely, really helpful and full of information. She explained the care package to us too which I think is well worth the money and I think free delivery to the room of choice is great too. Overall really happy with the service and our choice of mattress. Can’t wait for it to be delivered.
