High level of cleanliness as soon as we walked inside hand sanitiser available and received immediate assistance to find the product we was after. Gemma took the time to show us the bed simulation which helped show us what bed was right for both of us and even showed us pillows that would individually suit our sleeping positions which we didn’t think we needed but definitely helped. Great up selling techniques. Both Gemma and manager were very friendly took the time to get to know us personally and making jokes which made us feel a lot more comfortable.
