We knew what we were looking for and the budget we had in mind. Sam was very helpful and shown us just what we were looking for within our budget. Sam was very friendly and made us feel at ease with no pressure.

The staff member Gemma , was extremely helpful. She showed us around .we tryd out the mattress finder.which was great .we tried mattresses and pillows and Gemma helped us find the best ones for us. She was very friendly and welcoming. And we will return to store for a mattress for our daughter soon.

Approached in a timely manner, sales assistant Sam was very knowledgable, gave advice, shown us relevant products at different budgets, allowed us to try the beds, he was patient with my 3 children and talked to my chatty 3 year old! Water available, hand sanitizer stations were available throughout.
