I made a visit at the middlebrook retail shop in Bolton. I initially felt the store was dated and didn't feel as plush as the other surrounding stores. However, your products were what i was ultimately interested in. Your products were good and i found a few beds i was interested in. The sales assistant was very good and gave us the information we required quickly. He was very helpful and we bought the bed of our dreams at a price we were expecting. The interest free finance option was the reason we bought a bed from yourselves and not a cheaper one from IKEA.

Dawn helped us by having the bed assessment and then directed us to a few different choices based on the assessment outcome. Dawn knew how the different mattresses would feel based on materials they were made out of and really helped us make the right choice for us which was really nice. Dawn also took our budget into account and was able to give us a discount on the bed care plan too
