We went to Dreams to look for mattresses with no intention of buying at first and just to look and try. We were greeted by Jonny and from the start he listened to all our requests and offered us the best product he considered would be best for us. He wasn´t pushy and he made us feel comfortable to try the mattresses (gave as pillows with protector and beds were sprayed with desinfectant, he offered us a bottle of water). He was friendly and open and even though we came only to look, he took his time to help us. We then went to see other mattresses to another store and we ended up going back to him as really happy with the products at Dreams. We ended up buying a mattress and a bed and we are grateful for the help we received as it can be quite scary to buy this items when you´ve had bad experiences. Payment was explained and made quite easy to afford and we are eagerly awaiting for our new bed and mattress.

On entering the store the assistant called Dawn at Bolton Middlebrook store was a pleasure.. My daughter needed a new mattress. Dawn showed us a variety of mattresses and used the mattress machine to check which mattress was right . We felt very safe and well looked after in store. All staff smiled. It was a lovely experience in these very difficult times. Also deliver was prompt Driver rang before they arrived. Great service.

We were served by Dawn who quickly assessed our requirements. She knew exactly which products to show us, and as it was we ordered the first mattress she showed us. She was very keen to provide us a good price and we came away with pillows, duvet and mattress cover. She was also following all protocols for the current Covid situation
