I was greeted as I entered. I asked to be shown the mattress I was interested in and it was located straight away. I was offered a pillow,l and drink.

Sam was extremely helpful and very professional but still friendly. He was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the bed we chose. He didn't make us feel pressurised to buy and was able to show us other options to consider.
