Dreams - Middlebrook

Staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable re all the products. I really had no clue as to what type of mattress I needed / wanted but Dawn and Tony were very helpful and guided to the ones best suited to my needs.

We had a very friendly member of staff named Pete who was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs.

We were greeted by staff on entry to the store but the staff were not pushy and left us look around the store at our leisure. When had any questions the staff were available, friendly and helpful. We ordered with Dawn who was brilliant and sorted our order out very quickly.

We were greeted with a smile and offering of hand sanitiser. Unlike other rival stores, Dawn did not follow us around and did not continue to pester us or ask us the nature of our visit - as if we were children messing around or not serious buyers. Dawn took no judgement when I had an Autistic outburst and politely smiled at me and continued her task on sanitising the beds - something which was really great to see. When I decided I did want to ask for help, she was very approachable, instantly understood my needs, listened and repeated back my preference, needs and allergies as well as continuing to give me time to speak. Dawn offered myself and my partner exactly what we were looking for, in our exact stated price range,did not rush us and when we did come back to buy the matters, Dawn continued to be wonderful and offered me some water, when she could tell I needed some. Dawn clearly explained the additional matress protection fee and also checked with her colleagues (who were also wonderful) that we could get an nhs staff discount/using blue lights card. Definitely reduced my anxiety of such stores, will visit again. Definitely head to Dreams stores again :)
