Fantastic member of staff assisting us, made every effort to make us feel comfortable about the selection process. Explained everything about the beds and the process of measuring our bodies to find our perfect mattress

We decided to visit the retail park to look for a new sofa and the first shop we decided to look around before going to SCS was Dreams, we didn't come in intending to buy a bed just yet but just have a look round. The chap who helped us was knowledgeable and explained the various bed options, he was very friendly and not pushy which i really dislike and immediately offered us a drink. He suggested we try various beds and was very patient. We decided to look elsewhere as a comparison but we eventually returned and picked the Hyde & Sleep K Hybrid Orange. Peter went over the construction of the bed again, explained the benefit of the 8 Year Warranty etc and we were offered a drink and time to reflect but decided we were buying it. The Payment side was smooth and efficient with no problems - All in all it was an easy experience and the chap was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with.
