We were greeted by Saf as soon as we walked in and shown relevant mattresses for our needs and given as much time as needed to make a decision.we also spoke to another staff member who was equally knowledgeable and friendly.the final transaction went smoothly although the mattress was expensive even with discount. we were reassured at the month's satisfaction exchange and the five year guarantee.
