Firstly, on arrival at store on 17 July we were greeted by Sheraz who welcomed us to the store even though it was almost close of business. His knowledge guided us through various choices to meet our preference before we completed our purchase of new pillows. On our way out of store we noticed the bed sale and placed an order before leaving - then returned on Saturday and was met with the same friendly service from Sheraz and colleagues to amend the order to upgrade TV and include a new mattress. We’re very pleased with the choices put to us and the support to getting it right from the offset. Looking forward to the delivery of our new bed (and hopefully the BEST EVER nights sleep) thank you to Sheraz and colleagues (and the Dreams team) 😀
