We were greeted as we entered the store and the staff were very friendly, informativve and helpful

The programme to match me to a mattress made the process invaluable! I had no idea where to start or what would suit me best

The sales guy Sam from Dreams Bolton was excellent, his product knowledge was amazing

We went to middlebrook branch .On arrival was greater by Sam ....very pleasent and professional ask us what exactly we were looking for and showed us where in-store we could find them .Sam also explained that he had taken a delivery of some returned matresess and a better one than we had gone in for was available to us for a reduced price .After showing us the so named matresess he then showed us the bed frames and explained the offers that were on in-store and explained the costing if each one and different payment methods and prices available to us . Meanwhile a young lady had brought us tea and coffee ( can't remember her name sorry ) again very polite and professional .Overall we spent over £2200 and to be honest we had been in many shops and Dreams were by far the best service we had received .Would definitely go back and would recommend to all who can hear me .I just hope these comments are relayed back to your staff who are a credit to you .

Debbie the assistant that dealt with us was very friendly and courteous. She was patient and understanding of my mother's needs and helped her to choose the best mattress for her. She did not rush us as my mother has bad mobility and was happy to spend as much time as needed to get the correct mattress. A lovely person and a credit to your company
