The salesman Pete was very helpful and chatty throughout the visit. He offered up bottles of water and made us feel at ease. He was apologetic about the bed we ordered being out of stock.

Peter the sales guy was very helpful and also didnt use any pressure sales techniques which I hate. He demonstrated the tv bed well and answered all our questions. He was friendly and we also had a laugh.. he offered us a drink and we also tested out for a new mattress on the machine. We will have to come back for that another time as we couldn't afford it on this visit as we are buying a new home.

We were served by Dawn at dreams store, at horwich, bolton. She provided excellent service, could not fault, her. we left to visit another shop but came back and bought the product from dreams store instead. Dawn was professional, knowledgeable and above all, sincere n honest.
