We were served by Dawn she was lovely very approachable chatty and made us feel very relaxed, also very professional though out our stay in store she had all the knowledge i needed, all in all a lovely experience. I would highly recommend middlebrook store

Very helpful advisor that spent time listening to requirements - not pushy at all. Good product knowledge and very friendly.

Staff very helpful and attentive, gave our girls a hot chocolate each and offered us a hot drink. We needed to change the order slightly after we place it, so rang up later that day and they were happy to help make the changes we made.

From walking into the store I was greeted by a friendly young lady. I had a look around , again another friendly gentleman got a young lady called Dawn to look after me. Who talked me through different products, spent time with me and all in all , a fantastic experience. Very impressed with the whole visit. Just slightly disappointed that I couldnt get the bed within 7 days , but do understand the difficulties everyone is having

The first time I came in they were very helpful. I asked I there was any discount and they said they’d call me if a promotion came up. They really cared about me getting value for money which meant I was happy to shop with them.

It’s my first time at Dreams and the beds were so comfy, it’s like sleeping in a Porsche as a mattress however my mattress is like a fiat pinto so you can imagine. I was assessed using your machine and showed around by Samuel at the Bolton (Middlebrook) site he didn’t just show me expensive products but showed me a range of cheaper and expensive products. But he was very professional and I liked how he saved me money as if I bought the beds today they would have cost me an extra £750 so I am grateful for this but I was meant to be browsing but I end up walking out buying 2 double beds.

Was given good information from assistant and peace of mind I have bought right mattress. Given time and space to choose and helped yo ensure I can receive mattress at right time
