I have shopped at Dreams before and had a very good experience so I was confident that, even in these difficult times, I would find what I needed in Dreams. As soon as I entered it was clear that the store was well organised with COVID 19 in mind. The store was well sign posted so that customers could shop in safety and comfort, hand sanitiser and bottled water were available as soon as you entered. A member of staff explained how Dreams help you to determine which mattress (which I was shopping for) would best suit. I wanted to spend a while looking round and then another member of staff helped me when I had chosen. I had everything explained clearly and I was happy with the time scale for delivery. I was offered a drink again during this time, which was kind. The whole process of ordering was quick and efficient.

We went in and we were left to look round at our leisure then we were advised on the best bargains to be had and we came away as I've said highly satisfied with a good bargain the service was exceptional well done would recommend to any one 5 star all the way

Phoned the store prior to my visit to ask if they had a particular item I was looking for, spoke to a really friendly chap called Sam. On visiting the store I located Same directly, he helped me choose a particular mattress topper I needed. He was super friendly, super knowledgeable, took lots of time to talk me through options and trying out the product. I wasn't rushed in any way, great buying experience all credit to Sam. He is a model salesperson, hang onto him!

Greeted by Gemma who was very polite and knowledgable, after a brief check on other stores nearby we returned and was greeted again by Tony and Sam, we were offered a drink which was eagerly accepted in the warm weather. Both Tony and Sam were very knowledgable regarding the Tempur products we bought that day. They explained very clearly about the Tempur pillows, they also offered the sleepmatch. Our overall experience was more than we expected, wasn't too pushy but very friendly and definately recommended to family and friends.

So I came in store just to buy a double bed but was not too sure of the other details like the mattress, fabric and storage type. I was assisted by Dawn that day who shared all the information which has helped me decided my ideal bed. Dawn was very patient and very helpful. The whole visit took maybe over an hour because of my indecisiveness. But I thank Dawn once again for remaining professional, very informative which helped my decision and patience. I look forward to receive my bed.
